95365 Error

This my 2nd day attempting to submit my return with Netfile since yesterday March 26. I followed the suggestion to delete amount in box 52 & copy amount of box 21 in box 53 but no luck. What remedy should be done here? I already transmitted my spouse return yesterday & mine was left due to this error because of our T3. Its was so frustrating as I’ve working on this whole day yesterday.

Try this workaround: enter 100% ownership at the top and then half of all values into boxes for each person. (I also only entered capital gains in box 53, using the same value as line 21, half the total, instead of dividing the time periods.).

Then the values for line 68140 on T936 were correct and agreed with Schedule 3 line 17600, and try to file.

Originally I entered the T3 with mine at 10% (originally 100%) but if I were to change the all half values of all boxes for each person I dont think it is possible as I have transmitted the netfile of my spouse yesterday and it

might mess up his return isnt it? What i noticed too are there are 2 boxes of 21, 52 and 53. 

If I follow your suggestion to make it 100% and enter all half values of all boxes of this T3 what will happen to my spouse's return? In fact, when I deleted 52 and entered value in 53 the refund amount adjusted even though it had been transmitted already yesterday. Thank you!

@maria311 I appreciate the update. As long as you checked the return to make sure everything was correct before filing. It will be all right!

When will this fix be available? I'm not able to submit my tax return. I'm filing for myself only. Please fix it.

I have been unable to resolve this issue.   I tried netfiling on March 28th without success.  I am wondering when there is going to be an update that works
