Why is a phone number required other than for your marketing purposes?
Not everyone can afford a phone especially for the over prices canadian services and there are plenty of options (Authenticator apps) that can be used as well as others that are free with an internet connect.
I have no problem in buying and downloading the product but now am asked to have a phone which costs more post purchase.
Currently in Vietnam and have to use my sons number in order to use your purchased product, but unfortunately it's night time and a day behind. So I just have to sit here and wait, at least till he gets up.
Why can't you be a little more open in the requirements to use your product?
