    Activation Code for Purchased License not working

    I followed the link as advised but when I input my activation code it says Something's not right, try re-entering your code. This is very frustrating

    @hankstar1 Please check the product box and confirm which version of TurboTax you have purchased. Is it an online version or a desktop version?
