Purchased and downloaded program from amazon. All installed correctly. When I enter my activation code it says code already in use. I did load turbotax on my windows 10 computer and activated it there. What do i do
Are you trying to install it on a second device? You have to log into your online account and download it from there. You can install TurboTax desktop up till 3 devices using the same License code.
