adding a second T1198 form- how to

How can you add a second T1198 from?  The software doesn't seem to give you that option.

We made some verifications in Online and Desktop version, and you only have the option to include one T1198. Why do you need more than one? 

Unless you have received 2 lump-sum payments from 2 different sources, you can't add more than one T1198 in your return, but, again, this is a specific situation and we suggest you contact CRA to see if it is possible and how to proceed.
