After double checked my tax return, i found issues regarding my federal tax, why line 43500 is zero?

Line 43500 is the total amount you're being taxed for the year.

Your total payable is the amount of federal and provincial or territorial taxes that you owe before you subtract your total credits (line 48200).

43500 is the total amount payable, meaning the amount you need to pay INCLUDING what you've already paid via deductions from your paycheck. The next set of lines determines how much you've already paid. As the others have said, look at 48400 and 48500 for the amount owing or to be refunded.

It depends on your earned income how much you need to pay.
