I am writing this in the hope that someone who cares and has some input with TurboTax gets involved.
I am a long time user of TurboTax desktop version. Over the years I have used the Assist & Review option a few times and have always been impressed with the service...good value! Today I tried to set up the Assist and Review and the the link is dead. After talking with the support I have been told that for the desktop version the A&R has been purposely shut down and that TurboTax is focusing its A&R resources on its customer's using the online version of the software. No date could be given as to when desktop A&R would be back up...perhaps in May after the CRA tax filing deadline. To me this bananas! I bought the software knowing that A&R was an option if I needed it and now it's not there. I feel ripped off.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Assist & Review services for Desktop will resume back in early May and can perdiodically check back to see if it is available.
