Hi I accidentally buy a 2023 standard version of Turbotax but I actually wanna use it for the coming 2024 tax year. Is it possible I can get refund or can you assist me to register for 2024 version instead? Thanks a lot!
TurboTax 2024 software will not be available until mid-December. Unfortunately, we can't see any TurboTax product purchase on your account unless you made an in-store purchase.
I bought from retail store with physical disc and license code. I tried to request refund using the link you provide, but I do not have the receipt anymore so I cannot complete the process. Please advise what can I do for getting refund or getting the 2024 version. Thank you.
