How to reproduce.
Prepare a tax return, go to forms mode, select the summary on then click on detailed tax summary or open the *DSUM form.
In the section "Non-refundable tax credits", under "Allowable medical expenses" the line states "Amounts multiplied by 15%" This is incorrect. The amounts are multiplied by 14.5%. Thankfully, the actual amount calculated is correct but the text is NOT.
