As soon as I opted for self employed,the T 2125 should appear in deductions.Where can I find the T 2125 form?

You will not see the forms view with the online version of the software until you have completed it then you will see the form in PDF.
After you have filled out the Profile section of your return; you will be able to access the Self-Employment interview, with the image below:
Start from the Self-Employment tab - shown in the screenshot.
Once you start the interview all the deductions will be available to enter there.
