Running Firefox on Linux Mint, I can't access any of the messages/chats from my live expert. I'm getting emails about receiving messages, but attempting to use the link sign-in just brings me back to the dashboard showing my current tax 2025 filing state.
I've tried: Clearing cache/cookies Computer Restart Different browser (Chrome), as well as Chrome on Windows 10 instead Using the email link while I already signed in (Just restarts the same loop)
