Can't Change Profile in TurboTax Standard

When entering in my information I accidentally did not answer yes to the question in my profile that asked if I had sold any shares in 2021. However, I did indicate that I had a T5008 and entered the capital gain information. When I finished I realized that TurboTax had not applied the capital gain against prior year capital losses. I tried to answer yes to the question in my profile and also answered that I had sold shares and saved the return before proceeding. However, it keeps reverting to my prior answer. I tried going to the very beginning and working through all screens, but it still refuses to recognize my profile change. I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and have never experienced a problem in revising a profile. Any suggestions?

As we are unable to view your screen and troubleshoot what may be causing this issue, I will suggest that you give our support team a call, they have the option to view your screen to help you resolve the issue.
