Can’t file my tax return

Hi I was trying all day to get ahold of Turbotax customer service I sat on hold for a long time and I gave up, I want the money I spent refunded because I couldn’t use your service and ended up using another.

I filed with another tax software and I already have my refund. I can't wait I don't have the time.
