Can't get to the screen to enter the license code for Premier 2023

We have been long time users of TT. As is usually the case we purchased directly from Intuit and just today I got around to installing this Premier edition. But after doing (most) of the installation I cant get TT to open to enter the 16 character license code. :(. Instead there is a hanging blank white screen (with TurboTax 2023 in the top corner). I uninstalled and then reinstalled and still the same problem happens.

(I have TT 2022 on this same machine with no issue.

What do you suggest we do to get Premier to open?

Did you try disabling IPv6 on your network adapter?
