Can't open previous versions

Hi there, Out of the blue i am no long able to open previous versions of TT... It is asking me to activate the product and i not long have the activation codes 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023/2024

The only one that will open is 2025

I have called TT support and they do not seem to be able to be anything... I have activated all of these products at the time of purchase but no longer have the activation codes...
