My husband isn't a Canadian citizen and is not a resident of Canada. He makes income in the US. When I do my taxes, it says i'm eligible for "Canada Workers Benefit". I'm trying to figure out if this is accurate. Does it only factor my income and not my husband's US income?
Thanks

But with your husband, has income in the US and he is also not a resident of Canada, which mean he's not eligible for Canada Workers Benefit (CWB)

Thank you for using TurboTax
Thanks for the response.
My question wasn't if my husband could report CWB. It was if when i file my own, do I need to factor his income into mine to see if I was eligible to CWB since his income is from the US and he doesn't pay Canadian taxes.
