cannot get updates for turbo tax Premier. i open turbo tax they say update. go to due update them nothing. cannot talk to turbo tax. help

turbo tax premier download problem. how can I open the tax program?

@joe-secord2138 The kludgy procedure of uninstalling and then reinstalling from https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/download worked for me. If you are worried that uninstalling might delete your tt24 files (it didn't delete mine), then a prudent extra step would be to make a backup of those tt24 files before doing the uninstall. After the update, make sure the About Box shows this version (or later): Version 00.01.62 Build 6007 068G25
