Capital Gains and flipping rule Canada

Hi Aniqua

 

Thanks fir replying. I did give the steps Susan and yourself gave. However, after entering information it asked, it didn't further ask more. My concern is that this was then treated as a "capital gain" income. Which i know it shouldn't, during to

1) It was held for about 5 months.

2) Not deemed as primary residence.

One thing I was in question while trying your methods, on "Aquired Years", I acquired it in October 2023 and sold on February 2024, do I enter just "1"?
