Childcare expenses not being accounted for in deductions

Please let us know when it has been fixed. I did not realize the error until after I filed. I am going to try and re-file once it’s been fixed

Having this same issue with the desktop version TurboTax 2024 (Canada) and child care expenses not showing up on line 21400.  I have entered child care expenses in the form and have both dependents listed as "daughters".  Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

Wonder how many people are just going to submit without realizing the error and lose out

@taxJ1 Are you preparing a joint return? The child care expense deduction gives a single working parent or the lower-income parent (generally) a deduction from income to help offset eligible child care expenses. The deduction is claimed on line 21400 on low income spouse.

Thanks for the reply @TurboTaxAniqua .  I am only claiming the child care expenses on the lower income spouse return and it does not show up on line 21400, despite entering cost in the form.  

Is the known issue referenced by @TurboTaxBrenda only for the online version or desktop version as well?  I am using the MS Windows desktop version of TurboTax Deluxe.

I'm still having this issue. Is there an ETA for when it will be solved? And any workarounds?

I am having the same issue. When is the fix going to land? We have less than a month to submit our tax, having issues without any ETA preventing people to submit taxes is not acceptable.
