code # 95365 how to fix this?

I suggest waiting a day or so... maybe check for an update to the software and if it happens, go in and check that the numbers are populating into the T936 form for the T-3 slip.  All this messing with numbers just to get it to work is not the best fix. Just sayin.

code # 95365 how to fix this?

My problem is if the total taxable capital gain on line 19900 on schedule 3 is positive, the T936 issue goes away and the capital gain on the T3 is shown correctly on line 68140 but if you are reporting net capital loss on schedule 3 line 19900 than the T936 does not pick up the amount of capital gain from the T3 slip.  That is my problem and nothing to do about splitting the T3 slip with spouse

I have the same problem (CRA EFILE ERROR 95365) - does anyone know when Intuit will get this fixed?

YEs you will, using those percentages.  THen put 100% for a T3 for each of your returns, with your share of the values.  Remember also to total any capital gains so that box 53 has the same totals at 21, and there is no entry in 52.  We shouldn't have to do this...but it works.

code # 95365 how to fix this?

I spent 2 hours yesterday with one of your TurboTax assistants trying to rectify this error. She was helpful with offering other insights but we were unable to correct this error and make a successful Netfile. We are leaving the country in a couple of days and had hoped to have our returns sent in before doing so. Any word yet on if this error has been resolved? Would greatly appreciate a reply from TT end.

If you are filing two returns (self and spousal) with one file:

FOr each T3, make two T3 entries, owned 100% by each of you, with values 1/2 for each (or allocated by whatever ownership is appropriate).   Also: do not enter any number in box 52.  Enter the same number in box 53 and 21, representing each share of capital gains for the year.

This worked for me an for others.

We shouldn't have to do this - the govt flipflops on the Capital gains tax rates are ultimately to blame, but Turbotax should have solved this.

So I tried the dlank1 "method" and it now shows the even split of the T3 into line 17600 of each return. (Split at 100%) It does not show any entry on Chart A into line 68140 of the T936 .  dlank1 is this how yours is showing as well? And it accepted it?    I am personally waiting for the software team to publish a proper updated to fix this correctly... hopefully soon!  Thanks!

I am having ther same issue with Error Code 95365. When will the fix be in place? Line 68140 should equal the sum of box 21 on all T3s info.

No solution in sight? When can we expect resolution?

The same issue locked my CRA account. It took a day to get through the line to unlock my account and an hour on the phone to go through T3, schedule 3, and T936 with the CRA agent. Then she told me this was a TurboTax issue.

I called [phone number removed].  Nobody answered the phone, just a cold machine.

When Turbotax can fix it.
