code # 95365 how to fix this?

This issue appears to affect people in different ways. Turbotax correctly divided the Other Income and Foreign Non-business income on my T3 50/50 but the capital gains are entered 100% on my return. Line 68140 is correct with half in my return and half in my spouse's. I didn't realize this issue was so prevalent until my Netfile attempt failed. I waited forever for my T3 to arrive and now that I have it, I still can't file. Very annoying!

Great news, everyone! I have hired a monkey to click the Check for Updates button in the desktop version once an hour for me. It's only costing me a few bananas.

I just discovered something that may be helpful to the team working on resolving this issue.  I re-started my tax form and downloaded the information from the CRA site again.   Line 68140 on the T936 form was populated accurately showing the total of line 21 of the T3 slips .  But... after completing the T5008 information and a loss was calculated,  the information on line 68140 disappeared.   Line 1 of Chart A on the T936 form correctly identified the loss and the total for the "additional investment income" was 0 but Netfile was rejected because of line 68140 not reflecting the total from the T3 slips.  Please resolve this issue.

@anne68 TurboTax should put you on their payroll. But your talent is probably too expensive for them.

anne68- I'm in the exact same situation.  Positive gains from T3s, but net capital loss from T5008s.  If I fudge the T5008 to put me in a capital gain position, I correctly get the sum of T3s showing on the T936 form.  But, as soon as the T5008s show a loss, then the sum of the T3s reports a zero.

DCH75 and anne68  -  I have the same issue as I had pointed out a few days ago.  Don't know why it is taking so long to fix issue.  It has been a week or so now and still no resolution.

At this point how do I request a refund for this crappy software from Intuit? The longer I have to wait for Intuit to fix this problem (and its obviously been going on for a while), the longer I am without my refund.

@Norm32 "Don't know why it is taking so long to fix issue. " - Exactly!

Give us a fix or give us a refund so that we can buy other software. Now!
