I just got an unsolicited email from Turbotax stating they fixed the code 95365 problem April 7, which is a lie because i filed and was rejected with the 93365 error on April 9. In the error response it stated they hoped CRA would have it resolved April 14th. I am completely fed up Intuit and the CRA. IS
I have followed your instructions (T3: Zero 52; 53 and 21 same; rounded to nearest dollar). STILL getting error 95365 ... I have a capital loss .... will this be ever fixed? Thank you.
Spoke with two of your specialists this morning. I am getting Netfile error code 95365. First person said it was a CRA problem and would likely be fixed April 14 by CRA; not a Turbotax problem
I did some more investigation. Turbotax is not transferring the T3 Box 21 capital gains to line 68140 on the T936 form. This is an internal Turbotax software issue; nothing to do with CRA. I called a second specialist and told him about this.
Please fix your software; in my case this has nothing to do with CRA
The CRA has announced systems tax calculator errors that may affect your ability to file. These errors are affecting all CRA certified tax software across Canada.
TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians. If you see one of these error codes, please visit What does my NETFILE error code mean and how do I fix it? .
Thank you for choosing TurboTax
I believe it is an error that only happens when you have losses on T5008. In my case Box 1 on Chart A in T936 is a negative number (as it should be if you have capital losses). My suspicion is that if you read the description for Box 1 Chart A if it is a negative number it is not supposed to show as a negative number but as a number in brackets. My suspicion is that by Box 1 not populating correctly in brackets the remainder of Chart A (including box 68140) does not populate.
Thank you for your feedback. As soon as the issue will be resolved, we'll update on this thread.
Thank you for your patience and choosing TurboTax.
