I have this exact same scenario.
The issue with error code 95365 when the capital gains or losses are reported in T3 slips seems to be in TurboTax.
Because if I understand correctly, the the note on line 14 of Chart A on the T936 form states that if you have a total amount (from line 19900 "Total taxable capital gain for 2024" of Schedule 3 reported in line 1 of the T936 form) that includes an amount from the T3 slip, the lines 68140 and 68150 should be completed.
If my understanding is correct, the TurboTax solution can be to copy the amounts from all boxes 21 and 30 of the T3 slips as recommended on lines 15 and 16 of the Chart A on the T936 form.
@GeneR1 This is not a TurboTax issue. The CRA has confirmed that this issue is affecting all CRA-certified tax software. TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians.
To support taxpayers in navigating these CRA errors, the TurboTax Canada blog is being regularly updated with the latest information on NETFILE error codes, CRA-approved workarounds, and expected resolution dates.
As soon as the issue is resolved, we'll post an update in this thread.
Thank you for your patience and choosing TurboTax.
Turbo Tax sent me an email saying error 95365 was resolved. That is incorrect. T936 still does not populate. The T3 data change does not work.

Has anyone been able to confirm the problem has been fixed. I have limited attempts left and don't want to waste one.
@GaryDavies Yes fixed!! For me it's only taken 3 weeks, two lengthy calls to TurboTax, one lengthy call to CRA, and several posts in the discussion group. But it's working - whew! Check your Form 936 Line 68140 - the number should now be there.
