Turbo Tax program is unable to conform with CRA requirements with regard to a person with Disability status and has over $10000 in medical expenses. When answering all the questions correctly for Disability amount, it automatically puts in an amount that should not be in there. This cost me a year of back and forth with CRA. This year, the problem is still there and customer service is unable to resolve this problem other than suggesting I answer no to a question where the answer is yes. This would mean I would be giving CRA the wrong information.
