Connecting with an expert

Hello there, 

How can I connect with an expert online through a video call through my desktop. My phone number is no longer available and I paid for the expert to file my tax return for 2023.

Log into your account and open up your Full Service return and it will have a tab to chat.  Have you already connected with an expert?
