No way to contact the help desk. The call option is turned off. Their customer support is pathetic. They keep deflecting to online help. I had to purchase my license twice.

poor service from turbo tax . Be prepare to spend lot of time waiting for answer . Costco no. simply doesn't work, cannot be activated . returning mine at Costco, wasted time.....
@brunomor First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.
Second, if you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.
If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. Using the code again will give an error message.
If you have bought TurboTax CD/Download, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. I have read your reply thank you for that. And I also have followed to the best of my knowledge the instruction that you have left and it still doesn’t work. I have the card with the activation number on the card that was inside the box which I bought at Costco and I did try to activate it the way you say, but it simply does not work, and cannot activate it. Also, it is the only one tried that I had with it.

I have followed all the directions, went to google download, went to incognito, checked rechecked activation code and it is still not recognized
When I call the telephone number I just get a recording, tried pressing 0 for operator nothing works and the info was useless that was mailed to me. Purchased online edition from costco
@Gerrie9 When you can phone support, tell the computer you want to speak to an agent. You may have to repeat yourself. Then when it asks if you if you want a text message, say no. It should then start asking you for your phone number and other info needed to transfer you to an agent.
