CPP Over Payment

Hi There,

I am getting the following warning message: "Your CPP/QPP or EI overpayment is greater than $750.00. Please verify your information slips and all related entries."

My overpayment is actually $82 so I am not sure why the warning message states my overpayment is greater then $750.00? Not sure if I have entered something incorrectly or if this is a system glitch?

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Having the same issue with a $22 EI over-payment. It triggers a warning during the review (which can then be ignored), but it comes up again as an error when trying to Netfile -

Your CPP/QPP or EI overpayment is greater then $750.00
