    CPP/QPP contributions or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly.

    I am getting an error when reviewing my return.  It tells me the CPP/QPP contributions of pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly.  I have checked my entries from the T4 and they are correct.  I have selected the correct province.  I have completed all updates for the software.  Can someone assist?

    CPP/QPP contributions or pensionable earnings have been entered incorrectly.

    Can you please call our phone support as they can view your screen and will be able to get this investigated if needed?
