CRA Result Code: 84 Error Code #95031

When trying to submit my file I received this error message:
CRA Result Code: 84
#95031 - Your software generated entries on the Schedule 8 and/or Form RC381 for CPP/QPP contributions based on the information you entered from all your T4 slips and one of the following situations applies to your return. Please verify your entries and make the necessary corrections.
1. For all provinces or territories, line 50310 requires an entry on line 50340 from box 16 of all your T4 slips and, if applicable, on line 50341 from box 16A of all your T4 slips and/or on line 50330 from box 17 of all your T4 slips and, if applicable, on line 50331 from box 17A of all your T4 slips.

I live in Ontario with part of my revenues earned in Quebec, therefore, I have two distinct T4s (one from my revenues in Quebec and another one from my revenues in Ontario).  Cases 16, 16A, 17 and 17A are reported correctly into Turbotax. However when I check the generated pdf file, I cannot find the cases 50310 , 50330 and 50331.  It seems that those cases (and their respective values) are not generated. 

Any help please.

Is your province of employment Quebec? If not, remove amounts in box 17 on the T4 if your province of employment is not QC.
