I used "TurboTax Live Full Service", then I got a request for additional information from CRA.
The deadline is in one day from today, and I have still not received a reply from my tax expert. I talked to him about a month ago, then exchange some messages over the chat service, but have heard nothing from him in about two weeks.
I need to be contacted by turbotax, since the only option available on their support system, is to use the website to chat with my non responding tax expert.
I was thinking of asking for additional time to CRA, and explaining the "TurboTax situation". Since I'm a newcomer and I don't have experience with the Canadian tax system, they might be more flexible.
Very disappointed with Turbotax.
