Disallowed Federal Tax Credits for Non-Residents

I am filing as a non-resident. TurboTax is removing a federal non-refundable tax credit due to this:

"We may have disallowed some Federal non-refundable tax credits because you were a non-resident. This information will be reflected on the T1 in Step 5, Part A."

The exact credit they removed is the Canada Employment Amount. However on CRA website it states that non-residents are eligible to claim this credit for part of the year that they we're a resident:

Federal non-refundable tax credits for newcomers and emigrants - Canada.ca

What should I do to prevent TurboTax from removing this?
