Employment Expenses and GST Rebate for Hyrdo, Utility, Heating Expenses

I'm filing my 2022 income taxes and included hydro, utility and heating expenses for my employment for GST rebates. 

I get an error message stating I'm overstating my GST rebate claim that only Lines 1, 2 and 12 count yet hydro and other expenses are excluded.  Is this correct?
