Error 95365: why turbotax has issue with T936

I got rejected due to error 95365 when I tried to submit my tax return. And the error says if I entered amount on line 17600 of T3, then the I should also enter amount on line 68140 of T936. However, the line 68140 is an autofill section and it is connected to T3. I dont know why it shows zero in line 68140
