The example that is shown from the turbotax employee does NOT show a net loss example.
Those experiencing the ongoing problem have a NET LOSS.
Have the same error code. Me and my friend have Capital gain with T3. My friend have no problem because he got a capital gain in Annex 3 line 19900 ... so the numbers are transferred to T936. In my case, I have a capital loss in annex 3 witch is greater than the capital gain from the T3 ... so line 19900 is negative. If you look at the information on the T936, it says that if the number from line 19900 annex 3 is negative, do not fill the following lines. Code 95365 error is because the line 68140 is not corresponding to line 17600 from annex 3. Illogical error code because line 17600 can be positive but the total line 19900 can be negative. If line 19900 is negative you don't fill this part of T936 but CRA his asking to fill line 68140 !!! Line 68140 is irrelevant if line 19900 is negative
I think TurboTax has fixed the problem. Just successfully NETFILE both my and husband's tax returns. Thanks for all the useful comments here!
@KCKY Good to hear! I'm guessing you had net capital gains rather than losses?
Yes, capital gain in my case.

Excellent. That is consistent with what I'm seeing today in these community forums.
Does the current update Friday fix this issue now? The numbers have changed and am checking the forms for accuracy but don't want to waste another CRA filing.
Yep, after a bit of update pain ( multiple futile attempts yesterday morning, maybe server overload) my desktop version updated and the T3 capital gains splitting corrected for my wife and I.
Okay, I just updated the desktop version of turbo tax, and this calculation of capital gains split is really messed up, the previous version only worked if you didn't split the T3 capital gains between the two people, the tax return was in total equal.
The update version today is all messed up, I recalculated and find I now owe more taxes than the previous version so Turbotax, you have messed up big time!
This new calculations means I'm paying much more taxes!
This is so bad!
