error messages that don't allow me to continue on my return

Hi. I created an account and have been entering all my documentation for my spouse and I. This includes both of our home based businesses.
Last week I had issues and when I searched online I saw other people had the same issue  I keep getting “oops, we encountered an error” when trying input something.  

For me the error was coming up entering CCA for business. After several times of logging out and logging in and it not stopping I had enough and left it until today.

 
Now I login and at the "Great to see you again screen" the next screen shows up and  says: This should not have happened. Don't worry, your data has been saved. Our TurboTax application has quit working. It does not goes past this screen.
I log out, clear my cache and log back in and the same thing happens. I have entered a lot of information in the system and I do not want to have to switch to another program after all the hours I have already spent.

We are aware of this issue, and our development team is working on a resolution. We are hoping this can be resolved quickly. Once it is resolved, we will update you in this thread. We appreciate your patience.
