Failure to investigate error correctly = T2125B to TP-80B

I have an issue in TurboTax Home and Business 2025 whereby line 3F of form T2125B gets double-transferred to the Quebec TP-80B.  The amount from T2125B 3F is transferred to both line 110 AND line 121 of form TP-80B, thus doubling the impact on the effective gross income.   After being summarily dismissed by first and second line phone support, I requested a callback from a supervisor.  Two days later, I worked with Supervisor Michelle C for an hour to fully document this and create investigation INV-1484-3498-0242-0064-256.  An hour later, the investigation was closed saying that the math on form TP-80 was working corectly.  This is true, the math on the actual form TP-80 IS working, but the data being sent to that form is not correct.  They did not even bother to investigate the actual data transfer from the federal form to the provincial (Quebec) form.

I have no comprehension why all the evidence provided, screenshots, written documentation, live demonstrations, have just been summarily dismised.  I cannot file until Intuit fixes the error, and they just can't seem to put in the effort to see what's going on.  Intuit does not provide any means to respond to the "Investigator" with further information.  Do I really have to start all over again?
