federal political contribution denied on assessment using your software due to caclulation error?

I had a federal political contribution and i entered it using your software in the slips panel.

i got an assessment today saying "We found a calculation error in your federal political contribution tax credit, so we changed your credit to $0.00."

how can there be an error when I used your software!?

Strangely, on the NOA it does show the amount I had put in there as a contribution.

If the CRA made an adjustment on your Notice of Assessment to $0.00, could it be because there was no advantage in claiming this contribution on your tax return? Did you have income taxes to pay, or were you receiving a refund? There have not been any errors reported concerning political contributions on our end. We invite you to verify with CRA to get more details.
