FHSA Deduction

Hi there,

I wish to carry over my FHSA deduction to next year but when i am asked to :

If you wish to claim less than the maximum amount above, enter it here. The difference will be carried forward and available to be claimed next tax year.

and i put 0, the case goes blank and uses all of my maximum amount.

It works when i put 0.01 but i want to put nothing to carry it all over.

Could someone help

Yes, unused First Home Savings Account (FHSA) contributions can carry over to the next year. You can use 0.01 to by pass that ( as a work around) It won't effect anything and will allow you to transfer carry over to the next year. 

We have reported this to the assigned department.
