I logged into Turbotax to download and install the program. Then when I want to launch Turbotax support it wants me to log in again Why!
Then when I use my Turbotax login to get into Support, I clicked on a question in search results but I get an error message saying I do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent.
What! Its harder to get help from Turbotax than to file.
