When I go to the link provided, it doesn't not show any message..
How do I check the message that my expert sent?
Please try clearing your cache or using another browser, and if further help is needed please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.

It seems like it was a bug on your end. When I rescheduled to talk to another expert, I was then able to see what my first expert sent to me. But not before doing that.
