Help - Online Copy Not Saving

I have been saving as I go from downloading T's and entering business expenses - everytime Turbotax times out and I go back NOTHING is there and I have to start all over again!!!  This has happened twice. Beyond frustrating.

Update on this post...I ended up paying for the desktop version and downloading the software.  I was able to netfile, no problem.  I also found some differences between the online version and the desktop versions.  FYI!

Yes indeed, there are differences between the Download version and the Online. We are glad you were able to complete your tax return. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues.

Please be advise that TurboTax software for the 2023 tax year will be available on December 18, 2023. Remember, you will not be able to NetFile or print your return until NetFile opens on February 19, 2024.

In addition, CRA's NetFile transmission service will be unavailable from January 27, 2024 to February 18, 2024.
