To better assist you, can you please let us know why you are unable to NETFILE? Do you have an error message? If you have an error message, please tell us the exact message you are receiving.
When you pay for TurboTax, you don't pay for NETFILE, you pay to produce your return and if you are unable to NETFILE, we can do what we can to assist you to fix this issue. If NETFILE is impossible for you because of restriction from CRA or other reasons, you can always print your return and mail.
