I wasn't able to netfile the return and was charged to even be able to check if trying again would work. Now I'm out 100 $ and I can't even submit my taxes. The link on my receipt to request a refund is broken. I'm so upset, it feels like I got scammed.
How do I get a refund?
There is no fee for Netfiling with TurboTax. The filing process is free. TitboTax software is used to prepare your return. Due to CRA restrictions, some people must print and mail their returns; others are not eligible to Netfile.
