I am an authorized representative for my parents and am helping them with their taxes. My dad cannot access his My Account currently which is one of they reasons why I was authorized as a Rep so that I can access his account. Is there any way to use Auto Fill in Turbotax so that I don't have to fill out his information manually? When I try to use it, it goes to the login page which I can't use for him. Thank you.
TurboTax can't use "Represent a Client" to import data from the CRA. TurboTax is meant to be used by regular individuals to do their taxes with, so it only uses My Account for Auto-Fill (and NETFILE, not EFILE).
If you are not able to access your parents' My Account, then yes, you will need to manually input her information.
