Have you used TurboTax Online Version or A TurboTax Desktop Version? You can make changes to a filed tax return by filing an adjustment. The CRA requires that you wait until you’ve received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) before filing an adjustment. In many cases, the CRA will catch the mismatch and automatically adjust your return for you.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

I have used turbotax online since 2017 have received NOAs for all previous years (including 2024) but need to add medical expenses to my 2021return but I can only log in to the 2024 Intuit tax year (and it doesn't show previous years). When I try this address ww1.2021.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca , it says the sever cannot be found. Is there another address I should be using?

TurboTax 2021 has been decommissioned. You can have access to the saved copies of your returns. TurboTax Online is available from tax year 2022 to 2024 only. You can make changes to a filed tax return by filing an adjustment.  The CRA requires that you wait until you’ve received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) before filing an adjustment.  In many cases, the CRA will catch the mismatch and automatically adjust your return for you.
