I am new to Canada (June, 2024). Can I use NETFILE to send my tax return to CRA. I don't have a CRA account yet. Thanks.

If CRA has your information on their records then you might be able to File electronically if they don't, then you have to Print and Mail your first return As per CRA rule. For more information please refer to this link: Where to mail your paper T1 return.
