I can not find license code after I bought turbotax 2024

I bought the TurboTax® 2024 on Windows Desktop (Canada version )at intuit website at January 4 2025. I can not find license code. I've been buying turbotax for years, and before, after I purchased it I would get an email with the license code. Now I don't get a similar e-mail.

The last purchase we can see on our end which was directly made online from Intuit was on 12/24/2021 for TTD STANDARD TY20, DOWNLOAD. We do not see any other purchase made on Jan 4th , 2025.
