I can't submit my tax return files

I have paid Turbotax service fee, want to submit my tax return online, but failed which shown "The Canada Revenue Agency was unable to process your return.
Our records indicate you are not filing an income tax return for the first time with the Canada Revenue Agency. Please go back in your software and ensure you do not identify yourself as someone who is filing an income tax return for the first time and submit your tax return again." and ask me to contact Turbotax which seemed was software issue.

If you have not completed an income tax return before but have provided the CRA with your last 2 years' income and personal information- they may count that as completing a tax return. You will need to contact them at 1 (800) 959-8281to find out and if yes, you will go back to the intro of the tax return and enter that you have completed a tax return to the CRA previously so that you can NetFile your income tax return.
