I cannot go to Review and Pay page

When I try to review and pay for product, the page never opens. I see four circles going around and around. I am using safari.

Update. I was able to use my android tablet to purchase the software. Then I could return my tax file on the laptop using Safari and complete my netfile submission. The payment page did not seem to like Safari.
