when i upload quebec file, it shows,

actually i don't have 12 businesses, my majority income is 2 duplex and 1 condo rental fee
I'm pretty sure it's a technical problem, a coding issue, because I successfully netfile the CRA already.
When I called customer support at [phone number removed], one lady said, "I am a specialist in compatibility. You didn't buy our extra service, so I won't assist you. I only serve people who have paid." She didn't even listen to me and hung up.
Then I called again, and a gentle man answered me kindly and told me it's a coding problem.
In order to assist you properly, can you tell us which version of TurboTax you are using; Online or Desktop?
We will need more details about the issue. I understand you have rental incomes, but did you import your data from previous year? Over the year, did you claim CCA? Is it possible for you to save the pdf file of your return and verify how many CCA entries you have under all your rental forms.
Even if a CCA was cleared in a previous year, sometimes, it sticks in the data, we can see it even if it's zero. If you have more than 12, maybe it could be the reason.
If it's the case, we suggest you redo your return without importing from previous year and send only to IMPÔTNET Québec. If not, we will have a closer look at this.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
thank you so much for your replying.
my version is online.
I never claim CCA during the past years.
I try to redo my return , it shows i need to pay again. but i already pay 120$+tax.
please help me, the deadline is coming.
what i need is to netfile my province file which i already done well.
